gotta go catch a boat down the Yangtze...

hey friends, i wanted to write quickly to update on some new adventures...right now curtis and i are in Chongqing, (Sichuan province) getting ready to go catch a boat down the Yangtze River through the Three Gorges for three days; anyways, things here have been adventurous since neither of us really speaks chinese but better yet the people here do not speak with the same dialect that we are used to speaking...fun...anyways, that's part of the adventure; i've had some crazy experiences lately, like living in a rural village with a farmer for a weekend, but i'll have to wait on that until the weekend, when i'll be back to civilization hopefully; from Yichang (Hubei province) where we get off the boat, curt will head home and i will go to Kunming (Yunnan province...way south) to visit an american doctor that is working there with the poor, i'm really excited about that part and hope to have lots of good experiences to send back your way...ok, gots to run, see you soon!
