my first malpractice lawsuit!!!

well probably not, but here's the deal. A doctor, who had never spoken to me, says in really broken english 'one of my patients complained about you'...he can't really explain further in english so i get him to tell one of the doctors that i work with and, supposedly...there is no proof...the story goes like this: we were on rounds like the second day i was on the surgery rotation. in the afternoon this mob of 20 doctors goes around to every room (with the chief doctors) and talks/examines every patient. this one lady had some kind of issue with her spleen and everyone was 'palpating' her belly to feel the enlarged spleen. now, i've tried this stuff before (i even encourage you to try it on yourself) just kind of push and poke all over your midsection...all i've ever been able to feel is 'guts' not really the 'liver', 'spleen', 'stomach', 'intestines' (one time when i was working for a pediatrician in college station i was supposed to be able to feel some poo that was impacted in this girls poor intestines) ok, sorry that was graphic...anyways, so i don't even plan to try this as i know i won't feel anything, but the doctor insists so i go up and do exactly what she does..(push where she pushed, grimace when she grimaced...you know, so it would seem that i knew what i was doing)...and that was that...the lady just layed there. then she goes back to her doctor the next day and tells him that 'the foreign man pushed on me too hard. he hurt me.' anyways, the doctors blew it off and just thought it was funny (thank goodness) i mean, i wonder what the punishment is for that kind of thing in this country? six months in a work camp in inner mongolia? oh, i shudder to think.
