I don't consider myself a gifted moulder of philosphical thought, but i found this article and consider it to be one of the stupidest things i've ever read (the logic of it that is). At the same time, however unfortunately, i guess there are also some things to be learned from it; Melanie and I were talking the other day about the differences in western european culture compared to our own. on issues like alcahol they are much more liberal and yet don't seem to abuse it nearly as much, or allow it to lead to as many dire consequences. Why? according to this article it's because they don't believe in God..check it out and let me know how to fix the world.
